When you place your first order, we treat it like the start of a relationship, not a transaction. The order ships to your preferred location with a tracking link, freight brief, and any additional documentation you need ( Certificates, invoices, customs paperwork for non-EU shipments).
If something goes wrong: Wrong SKU, late delivery, damaged goods, you get a real person on the line, not a ticket queue. That's the part of distribution most providers underestimate.
